Aeon Mundi programs translate research into bounded, collaborative formats for organizations, researchers, designers, and communities.
Each program begins with a specific question, a defined context, and a clear scope. We favor careful observation, reversible interventions, and documentation that can be examined, challenged, and carried forward.
PROGRAM DIRECTIONS
RESEARCH PARTNERSHIPS
Co-develop focused inquiries across cognitive continuity, environmental compatibility, human–AI interaction, shared learning, and regenerative systems. Partnerships begin with an agreed research question, method, and evidence plan.
ENVIRONMENTAL FIELD STUDIES
Examine how light, sound, air, material conditions, spatial sequence, and computational signals shape attention, transition, collaboration, and recovery within a particular setting.
DESIGN TRANSLATION LABS
Translate research frameworks into spatial criteria, material experiments, interface concepts, prototypes, or future-habitat scenarios. These labs create tangible forms through which an idea can be tested rather than merely described.
LEARNING AND WORKING SESSIONS
Facilitate small-group sessions that help teams examine environmental demands, shared cognition, and the conditions that support meaningful collaboration. Sessions may combine discussion, observation, mapping, and design exercises.

- TRANSLATE — Convert findings into research criteria and testable design moves.
- PROTOTYPE — Develop a bounded, legible, and reversible intervention.
- EVALUATE — Compare intended effects with observed conditions and participant experience.
- RETURN THE LEARNING — Document what changed, what did not, and what should be examined next.
PARTICIPATION
Programs are developed selectively with research partners, institutions, studios, and communities whose work intersects with Aeon Mundi’s research. Formats may include short studies, workshops, commissioned research, residencies, or longer pilot collaborations.
